I've been a golfer for many years, hacking my drives and taking many lessons with little success. On a cruise recently, I checked this book out from the ship's library, and had to have it. The coaches in this book describe your body's ability to move and recommends the proper swing movement that will produce the best results. It has you doing "tests" to see what range/strength your arms, core, legs, etc. have and then shows which moves will maximize the driver swing efficiency. Using these lessons, I have certainly seen a radical improvement in my drives - something I haven't seen from my "cookie cutter" lessons from golf pros.
