Amazingly easy to use and light, I used it on carpet with pet stains and dirt and it was gone! Very easy to clean, even have access to the brush to clean it. Great for elders because of its light weight design. I would give it a 10/10 for domestic floor cleaners !

Since we now have a smaller home and less carpet, this smaller version of a Bissell Carpet Shampooer will be OK. I was thinking I'd gotten one of the heavier duty models so I was rather disappointed in this one. It's light weight and will probably be fine, but if I had more carpeted floors I'd be sending it back in favor of the ProHeat 2X® Revolution. It's well worth the extra dollars.
