Excellent service. On Wednesday I ordered a length of 1 1/2" pipe and was sent 2" pipe. It arrived on Saturday and I notified the seller of the problem that day. The next day, Sunday, I received a response from the seller and they apologized for the error, informing me to keep the wrong item and saying they would send the correct item. The correct item arrived at my home on the following Wednesday. Customer service does not get any better than that.
