This probiotic work very good . I have tried a few different brands and PB8 is the only one I felt made a big difference. I no longer take Nexium and my stomach feels much better..

I bought this due to the stellar reviews. Within day one of taking it, I had some stomach discomfort. This went off and on throughout the week of taking it. After a larger meal one night, my stomach was in rough shape. Stopped taking the supplement and within a week, everything cleared up. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be taken with probiotics as well but this was the only supplement I was taking at the time. Not sure if I was having a reaction to some of the ingredients. Either way, I won't be taking this again and would advise caution.

The first thing I noticed is that poop started looking like the stuff I had as a teenager: lighter colored, longer, less loose. Then I started loosing weight. Down from 203 to about 189 in the first couple months. No change in exercise habits or food intake. Now am at 179, where I appear to have stabilized. Still stay clear of sugars and fast food.
