All in all the design of the crank arm and tool for extracting the crank arm is poor with only minimal thread to extract the crank arm.Need less to say the tool didn't work and it threaded the crank arm and now it's a warranty job to get it off and replaced.I would get your local bike shop to do the job so that you have a level of cover for when it goes wrong.
