    Great heater for a few years.

    I initially thought this was a great heater. It performed well for a couple years and then needed a repair and then a year later needed replaced. I bought another one perform great for a year and a half needed a repair so we did that and then it needed replaced again. The seller was great with helping repairs initially then I couldn’t get him to respond this last time and I was tired of messing with this heater so I went out and bought a conventional hot water tank with a 10 year warranty. If you don’t mind working on this every once in a while or replacing it every 3 to 4 years then this would be a great heater for you.

    Probably wouldn't buy again.

    It's a nice hot water heater, but only lasted about 5 years. Couldn't find anyone who wanted to service it. Ended up replacing it with the same item, because i was in a pinch. I have it installed in a one bedroom apartment, and seems to have a hard time keeping up with the hot water demand. Thought it should be plenty big enough for the size of the rental unit. It does the job, but not overly impressed.

    GREAT LITTLE HEATER

    FOR ITS COMPACT SZE AND THE COLD WATER FROM THE EARTH (MICHIGAN) THIS LITTLE BABY HEATES ALL THE HOT WATER WE WILL EVER NEED. WE HAVE A 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH HOME. INSTALLED 5/2/16 USED IT IMMEDIATELY. SOMEOE WAS TAKING A SHOWER AND SOMEONE WAS WASHING DISHES. DID NOT RUN OUT OF HOT WATER. TEMP SET AT 130 I MUST ALSO SAY SHIPPED FAST, AND THE GUY WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE TEMP LOAD CAPACITY. THANK YOU FOR A CONSISTENT HOT SHOWER AGAIN.

    Many problems - Wouldn't turn on many times, eventually froze and flooded my basement Seller expects you to pay any shipping for parts for repairs which you will have to do. Adjusting setpoints only appears to fix the problem. Save youself hours of hassle. It would be a great product if it worked.
