I was told a new one would be shipped if I waited 3 days for the original to be found. When I contacted them to send a replacement they said they sent a refund but it did not see it in EBAY. I put in claim to EBAY and in the end EBAY refunded it.

One of the remotes was dead on arrival. Both remotes were described as new, both were damaged from somebody improperly opening them. Sent photos and information to the seller, never received anything back. Both remotes did work after batteries were replaced in the one that was dead. Condition was not as described and no communication from seller. Will likely not do business with this seller again. Items arrived very quickly!

Stopped the rain.
My garage floor is not the most level concrete with high and low spot right under the door. Wind driven rain always blew in under the door. This seal has stopped that. Very pliable yet durable vinyl. Easy to cut with a razor knife, and came with adhesive. To make it adhere properly I suggest scrubbing the floor where this will be installed with a stiff brush and soapy water, rinse, let dry and then use something like acetone to due a final cleaning of the concrete. Rain Seal For Garage Doors
I have been shopping around for this type of weather seal for my shop roll up door and finally found this one on eBay. It is exactly the one I wanted. It is simple to install, and the cost is very reasonable, and completely seals the bottom of my shop door, I even tried to get it to leak with a hose, no go. I would very highly this door seal to anyone with a door that leaks

Would have given 5 stars if the adhesive included had been in a caulk tube instead of tube like what toothpaste normally comes in. Grant it., some folks may not have a caulk gun handy but it would make the job easier and quicker (before the adhesive starts setting up sooner than you're ready to lay the threshold down). Also, if a marker to outline the threshold before gluing was included, even better! INSTALLED THRESHOLD YESTERDAY AND IT WENT DOWN VERY WELL. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY CLEAR AND THE THRESHOLD ITSELF SEEMS TO BE EXTREMELY DURABLE. VERY HEAVY DUTY MATERIAL. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE ADHESIVE. FROM THE LOOKS AND SMELL, IT SEEMS TO BE CONTACT CEMENT IN TWO 6 oz SQUEEZE TUBES WITH VERY THICK WALLS. I have been trying to figure out how to keep debris from getting under the sliding glass door of our display "garage". There are two huge doors that open to drive the Ferrari in and out. The doors were too heavy for the sweeps that were installed, so we removed them for ease of operation. The gardeners made a mess with the blower every week. I have just placed the rubber threshold under the sliding door and it works perfectly. The graduated slope of the piece made it easy to push it snugly into place. It is barely visible on the black granite floor. Only one tiny complaint that would not make a difference in the intended usage. There were scratches on the last 12" that are visible in my particular installation. I also placed it in the sun to make it perfectly flexible before install. ...
