This is my 2nd time buying this particular model [D-Link ADSL Modem Router (DSL-520B)]. I had to replace an identical one due to a power surge during a thunder storm recently. My original modem worked without any problems for approximately 5 years before this recent replacement. Perhaps I'll get another 5 years out of this replacement as well! The router has a strong signal all the way out to the boat shed, where the old router would lose signal, this one keeps a strong signal and works great. Also has an app that lets me control access for the kids and any other settings I want without having to log in to the router.
