I do love the glasses - however in the set of 4, one of the glasses didn't have a smooth finish on the drinking surface. If bought in a store it would have been replaced by another. The packaging was very impressive as each glass was individually wrapped and pressure wrapping as well to prevent breakage. Just disappointed that one of the glasses was faulty.
