Nice blade, but one issue...
This blade is very high quality. The item is heavy and the blade is very sharp. The only problem is that the blade doesn’t lock into place. I didn’t use the knife for long before nearly slicing my fingers open. Perhaps I purchased the wrong knife, but I think it would be much safer with a locking mechanism.

Impressive Looking
Received sooner than expected. Nice combination of wood and steel for appearance. It's pretty heavy so I wouldn't pocket carry it but it would make an excellent tackle or glove box knife. I found a nasty flaw on the blade by the blood groove and originally thought it to be a crack but close examination revealed it was a machining scratch and not worth pursuing a replacement. I like the smooth rolled over blade release part of liner lock which is easier on the fingers. I can't open knife with the finger flip extension as the spring is too weak or there is not enough leverage. So, its two hands to open for me. Also, blade centering is dead on. Very good knife with authoritative deployment to 100% lockup. The lock release has a comfortable, rolled-over section that is easy on the thumb. This is an impressive feature I had not yet seen, even on more expensive knives. The scales are smooth and easy on the pocket and the bolsters have been given an attractive satin finish. The blade is skillfully ground and even has a sharpening choil that enabled me to sharpen the knife to a consistent, razor edge.Very good knife with authoritative deployment to 100% lockup. Very nice knife in all respects!
Like it so much it is my daily carry! Nicely made, perfect weight and balance. Takes a sharp edge and holds it. Clasp is tight enough for a strong grip on belt but light enough to remove when intended
