IMO these are the best shoe inserts Dr. Scholl's makes and the only ones I buy. I try to have a pair for all my pairs of shoes! They are super sturdy and long lasting. Having knee, hip, ankle and foot problems, I can certainly attest to the fact that they help considerably with allowing me more time standing and walking than I would otherwise be able to accomplish without having to sit because of pain. I do suggest in the future buying shoes a half size to a whole size larger in most shoes though because these are somewhat thick and take up space. But it's well worth it! These are inserts I will buy again and again and again!

Dr. Scholl's is a great product, if you have those running shoes that you love, and the outsole is in good shape, but you are not getting good cushioning, this is your response...these insoles will bring new life to you shoes and the feeling and shape is just amazing.
