Great Buy
I was replacing a feeder that I was using for a few years and had been very successful for drawing Hummingbirds. I shopped, read reviews, and chose this one because of all the positives. It is the right size (8 oz.) for me because I clean and change out the nectar at minimum every three days so it prevents a lot of waste. It also has a perch that I find virtually all the birds use and it seems to encourage them to stay longer. Upon receipt, I replaced the old feeder with this one and, at first, the birds seemed a little reluctant at first but that lasted a short while and they have taken to it in a big way - constant traffic all day long. It seems well made and sturdy and does not attract bees. It is also very easy to clean. It takes minutes to take down, disassemble, clean, fill with fresh nectar and re-hang. I would highly recommend though, that a few drops of epoxy glue be put around the top of the band that holds the hanger to the bottle. It has only one spot of glue holding it in place and if it gives way, the bottle will drop out. Other than the adhesive situation, I would highly recommend this feeder. Hummers Love this Feeder
This is the best feeder you can buy. The hummers flock to this feed. It is so easy to clean. I use the 8oz because I hang it on a hanger on our window and it gets the afternoon sun.. I need to change the water .every few days..

I already had 2 of these, and wanted more. but everywhere else i'd seen were to expensive, and then the shipping on top of that they were just too much, but with your free shipping it's great. and such fast delivery,it's just great. the reason I like these is they aren't real big and easy to handle. hope I have these 2 new ones as long as I've had the other 2. great product great place to order from

The Hummingbrids favorite
I have several hummer feeders. They (and me) like this one the best. Need to get an ant moat to keep the ants out, though. And ants are definitely preferable to wasps - the usual visitors to other feeders. I like the 8 oz. bottle because on these hot summer days, the sugar/water mixture needs to be changed regularly and on these 8 oz. ones, most of the time, the hummers finish except for the very bottom (where now the dead ants are). But it's fabulous - easy to clean. And the hummers like it.
