The first package showed up......empty. somewhere in the shipping process the package got tore open and the item fell out. I messaged the seller and told them what had happened. I realized that this most likely was not their fault, and simply asked for a discount on another one, since I still needed the item. They apologized and quickly sent me another one for free.
