Used it on turkey was very sharp, easy to balance, nice handle. Next is summer when we cook beef brisket....can"t wait, or a large pork roast. Very glad to have purchased it. First saw one at a large restaurant in Cheektowaga, NY where a chef cut the roast beef using one.
