One of the best cognitive approaches to weight loss I have ever read. I really like how the author slowly introduces new concepts daily and eases you into weight loss. It is a cognitive approached that can be used with any diet. You learn skills to help you lose weight, how to resist cravings, dialogues to say to yourself-that work-and how to encourage yourself through the tough times. It is a great book with an approach anyone can do.
Great book. I ordered the book to find a program to lose weight and so far it has been quite helpful. I think a web site for the program might be helpful as you could ask questions as they come up. But all in all a great experience. I would recommend it to someone but hope I shoudl never have to buy it again as it will work and I will keep off the weight and change my thought process. I would definitely receoomend this book to anyone who needs it.
