I contacted the seller to inform her that the collar is not the same size that I ordered. I sent her a photo of the item which CLEARLY showed the collar was 1/2 in wide not 3/8 in that I ordered. She proceeded to argue that it could not be the wrong size because she doesn’t sell that size. So I sent another photo, still, she refused to admit that it was not the correct size. Then called me a “Karen” for complaining. Unprofessional and childish. I did get my refund though!
