The series is phenomenal. The characters are so talented, funny and have genuinely great chemistry. The plots are engaging and most of the episodes would be deemed "feel good" and the viewer leaves the episode with a good overall feeling. However, we haven't been able to see all of the episodes because some of the episodes freeze and you can't even get past the frozen scene. We even tried DVD cleaner and the problem has not been resolved. This was a Christmas present so I didn't find out about the issue until the recipient and I began watching the episodes last week.
