Really good price, and well packaged for shipping. I was afraid it was going to be too thin, and (being a radiator) have damages by the time it arrived and put the repair back by a week or two, but NOPE! It was a fairly wide box that allowed for "shipping issues", BUT... that didn't happen. Well taken care of, adding this seller to the saved list!

Customer service with this vendor is excellent. The first radiator that I received, the box was open and some of the cooling fins were damaged. The vendor responded to my email messages the within a two hours of sending. The vendor shipped out a replacement radiator and I received it within 3 days. The replacement was delivered in a sealed box and the radiator was in pristine condition. I have not had the opportunity to install the radiator on my 1997 Deville. Once installed, I will update.

Ordered this part and was promptly delivered but carrier caused damage. Contacted seller and got immediate results with replacement part delivered promptly. Only down side was the carrier-fedex. They were to pick up original damaged item and have not and then delivered the package to my neighbor rather than the address clearly marked on the box. Replacement part was free of damage and works perfect! Great seller.
