Delighted with the new mailbox!
The mailbox came a week earlier than promised, which meant that we did not have to have mail delivered to the former mailbox after it was damaged by a bad driver. The unit was a perfect fit for the mounting holes in the support brackets and we are pleased with it. Also, the vendor provided it at one of the best prices that I have seen. Well made and easy to install
Gibraltar mailboxes are well made, easy to install, and come in a variety of sizes. I've moved twice this year, so this the second one I've purchased and installed myself - one on a wood base on a wood post, and one on a plastic base/pole.

Classic design, smooth function
Who wouldn't want and all aluminum powder coated rust & rot free mailbox. Easily installed, I used stainless steel screws to attach it. Ironically the old one was a Gibraltar as well. Obviously not made of aluminum. The door operates well and the box seems solid. We'll see how it goes - it looks sharp!
