No support, thin cheap foam pad in a decent outer shell.
I was extremely disappointed when I unrolled the sleeping pad out of the box. I let the foam settle for over an hour and give it a try over a yoga mat thick foam pad. First, the foam offers no support meaning that it flats out under your weight. I understand that it is design to use with a cot, but a simple sleeping bag or a yoga mat alone would do a better job than this product. Second, it is very bulky for an item that won't add value to your sleep. The outer shell seems to be made of a good quality canvas but again, the cheap foam mat ruins everything. However, the material wrap is top quality, durable and can be removed for laundering. Worth the splurge......good nights of sound sleep:):):):)
