Die Ware war sehr gut verpackt und kam unbeschädigt an und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Leider ist aber die Laufzeit der Ware von Bestellung bis zur Zustellung viel zu lang. Das geht heutzutage schneller. An der Kommunikation Verkäufer/Kunde muss noch sehr gearbeitet werden. Antworten auf Fragen = 0. Hilfreich wäre die Angabe des Paketdienstleisters und dessen Sendungsnummer, damit der Kunde seine Sendung nachverfolgen kann. Positive Bewertung, da Artikel gut ist, aber der Service naja!

Die Reifen kamen nicht in einer Lieferung an (lag vermutlich am Paketdienst). Auf den Reifen war die Laufrichtung angegeben, so hatte ich zwei Reifen für die linke Seite bekommen. Die zweite Lieferung, siehe da, tatsächlich zwei Reifen für die rechte Seite. Also, alles in Ordnung. Der Preis hatte mich vorher schon überzeugt. Die Verpackung klasse, weil auf Pappe fast gänzlich verzichtet worden war. Ausgewuchtet und mit dem richtigen Reifendruck versehen. In zwei Jahren gerne wieder!
