Well packaged, all items included in accordance with the description, good price and one of the few guitars that met all my requirements - left hand, 1/2, blue finish and decent quality for a 7-year-old freshman virtuoso. Shipping costs could have been easier on the buyer since Germany-Poland is not light years away but that's probably not up to the seller. To sum up, I wholeheartedly recommend the shop!
