Try these and you'll never mess with ear loops again.
I have worn tens of thousands of masks, working in surgery. This type of mask is quick to don, face fitting with minimal leak. The elastic bands are woven not simply a rubberband. I had never seen a mask with ear loops until recently, they are quite uncomfortable compared with this type of mask. They appear to have been made in China. These fit the bill for when a person needs to quickly put on a mask, duck into a store, then remove it later easily. Just what I wanted.I have worn tens of thousands of masks, working in surgery. I purchased 50 of these a year ago for about $9 and they were excellent. So I didn't mind about $40 with what is happening. This new batch is not good. They are rough against your face. These even irritate my skin. It's as though they were made of fiberglass. The bands are half as long as the first batch and very thin so they cut into you. They couldn't even get the molding even. One side is wider than the other. I purchased 50 of these a year ago for about $9 and they were excellent. So I didn't mind about $40 with what is happening. This new batch is not good. Disappointed in Quality & Functionality
The mask is very uncomfortable, it's too stiff and scratchy. It's as if the pressmold temperature was set too high (to enable higher output yeilds Also, the metal nose clip is too flimsy, allowing your glasses to fog up.

Effective protection from dust and pollen
I use these masks for gardening, dusting, etc. Very difficult to find appropriate masks these days. At approximately .75 per mask, these are pricey (not as bad as some others) but they're well-made and work well to protect against pollen/dust allergies.
