    Doesn't Work!

    I've used creatine for 30+ years. I decided to try this brand to save money. Not only did I lose muscle mass but endurance as well. This brand of creatine is of such a low quality that it has absolutely no useful benefit. You get what you pay for.

    The Best!

    Creatine monohyrate is not only the cheapest, but the best for me. I will switch up from time to time to keep my body from getting use to it. I never cycle, just switch formulas now and then.
