    Before taking Black Cohosh the hot flashes were 7- 8 a day and now a milder 1-2 a day. I love this product and will continue to use them, Thanks.

    i had tried a different brand that had a few other thing's in it well that didn't work so i came a crossed this brand and the guy i bought it from saying how well it has worked on his wife well let me tell you i was shocked on how well this has worked for me no more night sweats and i don't have hot then cold flashes every 5 minutes this is stuff the best ever !!!!
