Insulation on a 2006 Silverado console lid
The center console cover was easy to install took me about 30 minutes . Tips for installing the new lid cover. You must keep the old metal push rod in halfway to keep the alignment on the hole to install the new rod in you must slowly put the new rod in while keeping everything aligned so you can continue pushing the new rod and while you're removing the old one out

Very easy to install. Separating top and bottom pieces a bit dicey. Afraid of putting too much stress on the plastic. Not sure how long it will last but am retired and it is a whole lot better than picking up the old console cover every time you want to access anything in the console.

I was a little skeptical, however this replacement was a good match color wise and fit perfectly. The only thing I say thats not 100% positive is the stitchin in the vinyle, not that its bad, it just not perfect.. However for the price I can easily overlook that. Good instructions. Great Deal!
