I was nervous about purchasing anything from Ebay because of a bad experience before. But this was a great deal to me. Once I ordered it I kind of freaked out because I forgot what the specs were and couldn't find them. I searched the product number and everything. So I contacted the seller. They were very kind and helpful!! They responded to me in a timely manner and answered my questions. Which was definitely appreciated. With big purchases its always nerve wracking. Or to me it is. I got my press in within 5-6 days. It was very well packaged and it was in great condition. I have read on a lot of reviews about rust. Like on Amazon, there are a lot of heat presses on there with bad reviews. But this one came in and honestly surprised me. It does have a little sway in it on that top piece that presses down. But once you mount the heat press down to something that sway doesn't effect you at all. The timer is very nice to have. It does cut off when you lift the top piece from your design. It will restart when you lower it. The directions were easy enough to understand. I like that they had it kind of broken down. I made my first 4 shirts last night and I am addicted lol. I will slowly work my way around to learning all of the attachments. But for now I am highly satisfied with how this functions. I hope this helps anyone looking for one. Because there are so many heat presses on the market its hard to figure out which one to buy. I am really happy with mine and I feel like I got a great deal on it!!! And their customer service was great!!! And that right there is what I look for when I buy something.Read full review

I really like my Heat Press! The only thing that could be improved upon would be to get better instructions on how to use everything. It is a great beginners heat press! UPDATE: After using this Heat Press very lightly making maybe 50 shirts in 2 years, first the ON/OFF switch was stuck in the ON position. No big deal...I'll just unplug it to turn it off. Last night when I plugged it in to use, the Press would start heating up and then cut off. It continued to do this and would never get to temp. Today, the Heat Press won't even come on. AS I SAID BEFORE, I HAVE HAD THIS HEAT PRESS FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS AND HAVE USED IT VERY LIGHTLY!! UNFORTUNATELY, I'M NOW GOING TO BE SHOPPING FOR A NEW PRESS.

Easy to use and easy to set and and switch parts. At the moment I've mainly use the cap press along with the heat press. Temperature is easy to control and gets evenly. Cap press did take me a couple of tries before I could get it the press prefect. But now its easy to use. Definitely recommending this one to others.

The heat press is a good deal for the price. Works well with t shirt; haven't tried attachments yet but will update after testing them. So far I'm satisfied with purchase; the plate is heats quickly.. Instructions are not clear/ don't tell you how to attach pieces but fortunately it's not difficult to do and there are Youtube videos that help too.

I bought a 15x15 swing away heat press. It was listed showing the switch to automatically start the timer when you press the handle down. I was shipped out without a switch. Because of that, I returned the unit. Before I returned it, I did a few checks to see if the switch could be added and what I found was troubling. The quick answer about the switch is YES. The terminals on the controller are there for the switch. Close the circuit to start the timer. Open the circuit to stop the timer. During this check I found some very real SAFETY issues with the wiring of the machine. The machine is NOT grounded at all. They don't even attach a wire to the ground terminal. As a result, if heater shorts to the press and you touch it, then it could kill you. The other issue is poor planning of the controller box. The transformer on the controller board forces the terminals on the back of the IEC receptacle to be jammed and bent. The terminals are then loose and warm up quite quickly. I would highly suggest that anyone using these heat presses replace all the wiring in the controllers with 14 GA wire and use correct terminals. The terminals they used are not correct and have a loose fit throughout. Read full review
