This battery is a brand new (unused) 3DR Solo main flight battery. When I first opened the package, I connected the battery to my SoloTool and it reported that the battery was 60% charged and had 100% life. The battery took a full charge using the standard Solo charger and holds the charge well. Flight time is the same as the original Solo batteries when they were new.
