Bonded LEATHER chair, pretty obvious it needed cover (or push the Call button next to delivery location). Not seller's fault, right? No harm, probably. Insides were well packed, plastic bags, etc. Didn't see any damage to contents. LOL, Chair is SUPER COMFORTABLE!
