This optic is no doubt an excellent offering from EOtech, I unfortunately failed to realized the -2 at the end of the product number. This indicates a second red dot within the typical circular aperture found on other EOtechs. The second dot is utilized primary for bullet drop compensation. I personally find a second dot slows down target acquisition for myself. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn the double dot function off. Had I know this I would not have purchased this model. The sight has a very high level of craftsmanship as I would expect from EOtech, I would however make sure to order the -0 model if you do not like having a second dot for bullet drop.
I love it. I do not need night vision so this is perfect for my needs. The second dot is great for holdover. Set it for 100 yards and the second for 200. Pew Pew Pew. Awsome. Great glass. Perfectly clear. 20 brightness settings and an automatic 4 or 8 hour shut off if you forget.

The sight has two 1 MOA red dots with a reticle of 68 MOA wimhich makes for a great aight picture. What mever you put on target and can see through the Eotech EXPS2-2 you will be able to hit. You will have to adjust the brightness and zero the optic in at different distances, but this is normal for many optics. I am very pleased with my purchase and I'm thinking of buying thr newer Eotech EXPS3-4 with the new g45 magnifier. Eotech makes great products.

Everything about this optic is awesome. But it did take a little while to get used to the reticle and the housing had a nick on the side. It's no big deal but I can see it every time I look through the optic.
