I like that it was inexpensive but still came with calibration certificate and is +/-4% of rated torque. I don't like the ratcheting mechanism in the head. It is clearly poor quality. It is loose and ratches roughly and is difficult to switch directions. For me, I plan to keep it in the tighen setting for normal screws and not change it as I will only use it to tighten right hand thread screws. So it is acceptable to me but if that is important to you, you should spend more on a higher quality wrench.
