My only real complaint is that it says stage 5 so I figured it had all the good parts but it had a standard size band I saw it said it was one of 2 kinds of bands but I just assumed those only came wide but no so I also ordered a wide band separately because I wasn't doing all the work and not putting a wide band I'm I guess it's my fault but you called it a stage 5 really I don't see why anything but a bare minimum kit would not include a wide band

Wide band should only ever be used on a new drum we do offer the wide band in a kit but only the HP line. We ONLY use the Alto as there is a huge flood in the parts game of cheap knock off wide bands for the 4L60/E some sellers even stating its an Alto wide band even though its NOT. Unless your a builder or in parts industry you really cant tell just by briefly looking. The Alto wide band lugs are almost black as are all heat treated knock and the strapping is dull in color not shiny.

    Quality kit, and complete

    Good fit on all components, applications for multiple variations/years. The instructions from "Alto" can be a bit confusing as it covers multiple kits and it is unclear as to which kit applies since the kit provided does not have a corresponding part number. With a little patience, you'll figure out the proper stack up.

    I relly liked the clutches, steels,pistons and gaskets, the only problem I had was with the bushings,all of them with the exception of the pump bushing were to tight when installed, I ended up getting GM bushing to conplete my build

    4l60e stage 5 kit

    Kit showed up fast. Was the wrong kit took it to my transmission builder and laughed at the kit. Told me it was for the wrong year so had to buy another kit. Waste of money would not recommend.
