Received the engine and it was missing a part and there was a crack in a non-major spot. Cracked piece can be repaired and was repaired. Nothing in their advertising says parts will be missing upon arrival and the damage was listed. I contacted the seller regarding this and they said that’s standard for parts to be missing. I’ve ordered engines before and unless it’s stated that way, it’s not standard. He refused to credit me for the misinformation and eBay was no help with it either.

Engine was listed as engine only without accessories( alternator, starter AC compressor, power steering pump) as clearly stated on the listing. Accessories are sold separately, never sold together with the engine except if stated otherwise. Buyer wanted accessories with the engine but refused to pay for them. We sent shipping label to take our engine back at NO cost to the buyer but she refused to return our item, instead she wanted us to refund her $200 for her misunderstanding of the listing

It is clearly stated on the item description that the flat rate shipping applies to certain areas only. In your case, the shipping cost for your order came out $160 above the flat rate shipping cost. You were invoiced for the difference and also with an option to cancel your order or arrange for the shipping on your own. You declined all the other options, and the receipt of the shipping bill paid to the shipping company was also emailed to you. NOTHING HIDDEN FROM YOU!! These are the facts
