Products as stated in description. Look neat, plenty of sounds to choose from,easy to install. Disappointed that I would have to pay nearly £50 more to get a solar charger for the battery. Didn’t realise that I would have to go into the app and into “live” to view any visitors, the adverts give the impression that a live feed shows immediately on a device or is this me not setting it up properly ?

Really disappointed with this ring doorbell 2 as I read some good reviews, however I’m now on my second device replaced by ring themselves and the doorbell refuses to connect to my BT Internet no matter what we are told to do. I’m really frustrated and fed up now, I think I’m going to return them and buy a cheaper brand instead.

Purchased the ring to begin our smart home adventure. Nice device with apple quality packaging. But the product does have a few minor flaws, the biggest one is its ability to receive WiFi signal. Our device is only about 4m away from the router and struggled to perform well. Ring recommends you buy their WiFi extender obviously.

The app on the iPhone is a bit clunky and does take some getting used to. The instructions for sharing the device with another iPhone user were not clear to me and took me about five attempts to set up. Only the first iPhone can delete events.
