We are happy with the product and will stick with it.
My wife has had a problem keeping her magnesium at the required level for many years. She was hospitalized twice because of below minimum magnesium level. She was taking huge amounts of magnesium in tablet form 2000 mg daily, which cause diarrhea, creating a vicious circle; it caused her to lose liquid and undigested magnesium. During her last hospital stay the magnesium table intake was adjusted to 600 mg in the AM 200 mg at noon and 600 mg at PM, which only kept the magnesium level at minimum but did not cause the ghastly negative diarrhea effect. Her magnesium level is now, after two to three weeks of the additional recommended intake of NutriNoche Colloidal Minerals Magnesium at an excellent level and without a negative impact the tablet form intake.
