    Right tool for the job.

    It has a the features needed to do the job. It is wireless, which helps to "hook it up" without figuring where and how to run the wire. This allows more freedom to install where needed. Additional transmitter can be installed for additional coverage. Recommended for those with many flooding problems, when the fixtures get clogged and water covers the floor. Nice.

    Easy instrutions of use

    I have installed it in my house crawlspace. Water sometimes accumulates after a strong storm. I tested the unit by placing the sensor in water in the location. It transmitted a signal to the receiver 20 feet away inside the house. Expect it will do the same if water actually get there due to a storm again.

    Performs as advertised

    I rcvd the item earlier than expected and am using it to monitor for water leaks around a hot water heater and indoor heat pump air handler. All the checkout and testing I did before installing the monitor indicate it should work exactly as advertised.
