Elusive dietary mineral
The know it all’s will immediately point out the fact that Brazil nuts are loaded with selenium. That’s true but most people don’t love the taste so much so you won’t find a bag @ your local grocer. I could go on about heavy metals found in the Brazil nuts but I digress. I place a drop or two per 40oz of water along with trace minerals etc.until I achieve my 1.5 gallon daily consumption of water.The know it all’s will immediately point out the fact that Brazil nuts are loaded with selenium. I use the liquid selenium twice daily with liquid iodine in a shot glass with water. I have not been sick all winter. Not even a cold! I believe the selenium has boosted my immune system. I would be lost without this product!

Magic mineral
There are close to 100 minerals that we need in our diet and with most mechanical farming very little of that is in our food. Selenium among many others is critical and can ward off serious ailments like cancer. Thank you for making this available.

I took it in place of brewers yeast to see how I felt as to tiredness or fatigue. No tiredness or fatigue. I do use minerals, fulvic acid, somehow selenium is also needed as the results are living well.
