I read that one of the reasons for dysfunction is the failure of blood cells to open to give a guy the stiffness he had in his younger years. I was not interested in the chemical products available due to the bad side effects. In the past I used yohimbe a few hours before romance began. But the nervous side effects were not so pleasant. I read that yohimbine was a better approach with less side effects. After a week using 1 tablet of this yohimbine in the morning I noticed a definite increase in firmness. I was anxious to show my wife. She was happy with what she saw also! These might not be for everyone. Capsules not at correct potency
Yohimbine is important to my condition which is Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It seems to activate the nerves for breathing at night in a way they aren't normally. However, this manufacturer does not seem to fill their capsules with the full amount of Yohimbine - as it is not as effective as other brands. I would look elsewhere.

Yes, but be careful
Years ago I was prescribed this product for ED. Situation is different now. I would recommend asking your MD if you are taking any heart or BP meds. It produced my first erection in 2 years, and it lasted long enough to be useful. The expensive ED drugs, Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis no longer worked. My BP dropped to 54/ 36 and heart rate jumped to 145. Took a full 24 hrs to normalize but obviously, at 74 yrs of age, it was worth it. Years ago I was prescribed this product for ED. Wow Great Price & Potent
90 capsules of 2.5mg at the health food store cost over $25 and I would take 2 capsules. Now I consume one at a time for the same affect, And I get 120 capsules of 5mg for less than $12!!!! incredible price and product. I will definitely purchase these again but not for a few months yet.
