I was unaware of this grapefruit knife design! That someone would take the time to figure the best tool for the job. Feels like a surgical instrument. How the split blades cut both sides of each section plus the curve designed for exact shape of the fruit. Very impressed!

It works good
The knife cuts very well. The divided blade cuts the grapefruit very well. The other end cuts around the fruit with ease. We use this everyday. It's a good kitchen utensil for preparing grapefruit.
