Before I purchased the saddle I asked how much the shipping was if it didn’t fit. And she said it’s approximately $60. So I went ahead and ordered the saddle, when it arrived, it was not the same saddle that was shown in the picture that I had ordered. I returned it, and the shipping charge was $114. I reached out to them twice about giving me reimbursement for the shipping. But they never responded. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I would not recommend them at all.
