Very fast service - ordered late on Wed., arrived Saturday. Tested a couple of these converters, work fine but be careful, mounting holes are "live" and need nylon/plastic hardware for mounting. And if input and output (-) terminals are both grounded the current sensing function is shorted out according to schematic found online. Search: XL4015 Step-Down DC Module with CV/CC Control . Voltage converter still works in this case. While it works more complete description of module is needed.

Ordered two items. Packaging was reasonable given the items. One arrived with a factory defect. Simply called up the seller and spoke to a nice man who had me email them with an imagine of the defective part. Within the next day they had approved it for a replacement.
