    Socket Problem

    The bulb works and looks like it is of good quslity. The sellers Ad description is inadequate and should state the bulb is for use with a standard light socket. I have a desk lamp calling for using a R14 reflector bulb but my socket is smaller than a standard bulb socket. The bulb sent me fits a standard light socket and is of no use to me.

    Satco standard base 40 watt bulbs - GREAT!

    Bought a bunch of these to have replacements on hand when I need them. I bought the standard base S3605 40w bulbs, they are so much better than the cheap replacement brands. They look better and so far, they are lasting longer too.
