Packed VERY poorly, packaged in original shabby box i .e. not put in shipping box,box shredded, sent item different than one ordered, advertised and represented, as of one full day failed to respond to message regarding these problems, left on hold for half hour on their customer service line (then gave up). Some of the cartridges which I ordered arrived damaged, I sent pictures as proof and there was excellent and fast communications with Discount Inkject. My damaged cartridges were replaced immediately without the need for me to spend more good money after bad to ship cartridges back nor waiting for the damaged cartridges to make the return trip before replacements were sent to me. I will definitely be buying from Discount Inkjet again in the future when I need more. A+++ seller. .
