Package had been open and 1 of the light wires had been crimped and cut. Seller was notified and got a reply back with thank you for the info. Would have least thought got a partial refund for original cost of item before changing listing.

    Only one to use

    If you have any sort of back trauma that needs support then you need this one, it's not cheap and has to be shipped from Canada but you will not regret buying it!
