THIS IS A GOOD BOOK FOR ANY COOK
This book is very descriptive and has many authentic chinese dishes. Its one downfall is that many of the typical fast food chinese dishes are not included in this book.

I like this book becoz of the step by step pics. I have been wanting to know how to cook Chinese and I found the book that says it all....love this book
