    Took 3 days from purchase to arrive.

    Very in depth, a must have for anybody studying anything into sports medicine. It cuts out the chunk of evidence based practice that you have to do yourself and summarises them nicely for you to reference. While evidence does change and by no means a replacement for what you need to keep up with. This is a very good guide to getting started, especially for university
