BEWARE:Received an used item listed as new and several issues upon inspection: Item arrived in a carton box, not retail packaged as expected;Multiple scuff marks and scratches present on the item;Missing metal piece to connect the back piece of the lock to the door;Key provided does not match the lock; incorrect key received.Agreed to keep the item with the seller promising partial refund. However, received lesser % than agreed with explanation that eBay listing fees should be covered by buyer.

There was no indication that item was to be shipped using retail package. Product was new, sealed and unused. Buyer claim is bogus, since they declined our offer to exchange or replace item. Buyer indention was to gain refund. We accommodated buyer request to provide a 20% refund for this order to keep the item. Product was new, sealed and unused. I like to request ebay to remove this feedback.

    Unbelievable Water Clarity

    Within an hour of installation my water(I thought was clear) was noticeably clearer! A full day later and the fish look like their floating and the water looks like glass. I've never experienced ich or sickness before, so I can't comment on health benefits, but the water quality is amazing. The glass stays cleaner longer also.

    Good value

    Went to buy this on another site sacs they raised the price in the few hours between finding it and making purchase. The cost here was much better and shipped quickly. I had another UV filter that failed (the casing broke). This one was SO much easier to install. 5 minutes & done.

    Cleared up my water nicely.

    Installed on my 125 gallon aquarium and it cleared the water up beautifully. I transferred my goldfish from my pond into my aquarium, with green pond water and all. After a week of running through wet/dry filter the water was still pea soup. In just a couple of days with the UV light, the water is crystal clear. Happy!
