Very pretty designs.
I think this may be my second review for this book. I bought one previously as a gift and liked so much that I got one for myself. I use colored pencils and it's so fun creating and shading. The concentration seems to instantly erase the cares of the day. These detailed designs are really so nice to see come alive with color. I am surely not a kid anymore, but this helps me embrace my inner kid to see the completed page with excitement, as in wow that looks good. It might take a week or a month to complete a page as I just "color" for 15 or so mins. here or there, or more if time permits. I read somewhere someone was getting stressed trying to finish it in a hurry. That may be stressful, but it's not in the least the way I do it.I think this may be my second review for this book. I would recommend this coloring book to any adult who loves to do colorful work. You can let your imagination run wild and free with your colors and enter into your own fantasy world. Let your pencils and pens flow and your cares wash away as your masterpiece comes to life. Although it may get a bit tedious coloring just faces, they are all different and there's always something new and exciting to the eye. The pages are full and the print is bold and clear. Excellent choice whether you are simply coloring to distress or trying new and advanced techniques. Paper quality is pretty good. Looks excellent with Oil Pencils, soft core pencils, gel pens. Markers do well also, just make sure you have a blotting page underneath. Pages are perforated, so framing finished pages is a snap. Face images are exquisite. Lots of detail. So pleased with my first purchase, I purchased a second one as my teenage daughter highjacked my book for herself. :-)Excellent choice whether you are simply coloring to distress or trying new and advanced techniques. This book is the perfect book for u if ur an adult. U r able to not just color but use ur imagination as u color and ur technique gets better with every page. What this book did 4 me is to just sit in peace & get away from the drama of life has. This is definitely not a coloring book for children because it's very tedious. I'm very happy I chose this book!
