I'm impressed! The book arrived well packaged -- bubble wrapped in an envelope, inside the shipping envelope.. so zero damage or bent corners. It's in great condition, as promised. It arrived in a timely manner. A bookmark was included--just a nice little touch. And a very nice thank you message/packing slip, addressed to me and personally signed.
