    REALLY WORKS!!

    I bought this because I was told it might help with Restless Leg Syndrome and help me to sleep and it has!! I don't seem to get the RLS as much now and I also sleep better at night so for me this really works.

    Magnesium Malate

    I can't rate these. I have no idea how these worked for me because they are so HUGE that I can't swallow them. A description of the size woudl have been helpful in the listing. Why do they have to make them so gigantic? I'd much rather take 2 or 3 small ones than try to choke down this size. Jane

    Source Naturals Mag Malate Yielding 833mg Malic Acid, 1250mg, 90 tablets

    This particular Source Naturals Mag Malate (am not allowed to show the link) cannot be recommended because the seller has not shown the Serving Label. Here you have no idea how much Magnesium is in each tablet, or how many tablets must be taken to meet the recommended Daily Value (DV). Source Naturals sells Mag Malate under at least 5 different labels and uses misleading/confusing mg ratings. For example this particular bottle on the front claims 833mg Malic Acid - are you buying this for the Malic Acid, or are you buying it for the Magnesium? Source Naturals is taking advantage of a compounded product to confuse the buyer. The best value of this questionable brand is the 90 tablet, 3 tablets per serving=425mg of Magnesium which is listed today on ebay for $8.81.

    It Works!

    I researched and decided on this product. Since the beginning, it has worked for me completely. No cramps in my feet, calves, or fingers. What a relief, as cramps are very painful and annoying. Happy to date with this product.

    Good type of magnesium

    Have used this type and brand for several years, love it. I think the malate formula is used well in the body. Doesn't upset your stomach or bowels either. Good value!
